Consulting on a home in Northwest Crossing in Bend was a fun project. The owner of this home was getting the house ready for sale and needed a 'makeover' to update the home before putting it on the market. She had a clear budget and we needed to be sure that whatever she spent on the updates would be a good return on her investment. Neutral colors for finishes typically do best for resale purposes, but a little "bling" can be added with some unique features, like light fixtures.
